Welcome to True Finance Solutions (“TFS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
True Finance Solutions provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation support, tax filing, financial planning, advisory, and related business services. The specific scope of services provided to each client will be outlined in a separate Engagement Letter, Service Agreement, Proposal, or Statement of Work. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, our services do not include:
- Legal Services
- Audit or Assurance Services
- Investment Advisory Services
- Guaranteed Tax Savings
- Guaranteed Financial Outcomes
Client Responsibilities
To provide accurate and timely services, clients agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information
- Submit requested documents in a timely manner
- Review reports, returns, and deliverables promptly
- Notify TFS of significant business or financial changes
- Maintain separation between business and personal finances whenever applicable
TFS relies on information provided by clients and is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information. Financial Information and Records Clients retain ownership of their financial records and business information. TFS maintains the right to rely upon information provided by the client without independent verification unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in the applicable engagement agreement, proposal, invoice, or service package. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Any outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the client regardless of service status.
No Guarantee of Results
Financial performance, tax outcomes, profitability, cash flow improvements, financing approvals, and business growth are influenced by numerous factors outside the control of TFS. Accordingly, we make no guarantees regarding specific financial, tax, or business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Finance Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. In all circumstances, our liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid to True Finance Solutions during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of financial information and are committed to maintaining client confidentiality. Information may only be disclosed:
- With client authorization
- To facilitate contracted services
- As required by law
- To comply with professional, regulatory, or governmental requirements
Website Use
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and materials, is the property of True Finance Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from True Finance Solutions LLC. This includes SMS messages for marketing, customer care. Third-Party Software and Services
Our services may utilize third-party software platforms, including accounting, tax, payment processing, communication, document storage, and scheduling systems. TFS is not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the applicable engagement agreement. TFS reserves the right to discontinue services immediately for non-payment, non-cooperation, unethical conduct, or any situation that prevents us from providing services professionally and effectively.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
